As I am more involved with the handling and the handover, it is important to have the consistent matured and further be involved with the exceptional communication skills along with the proven ability that can further include the practice and including the lead innovation. In my present role, it is important to check how to develop my skills and further include a career in nursing (Oelofsen, 2013).

Discussion : Evidencing Graduate and Transferable Skills

a. Appraisal of graduate skills and application to postgraduate study (Learning outcome 1)

During my course when being enrolled in the Nursing course (with Nursing and Midwifery Council registration (Oelofsen 2013). The nurse is known to be one of the most rewarding careers and during my graduate skills and the postgraduate study, it was important to fine-tune my skills and upgrade my techniques. As it was noted, how there can be satisfactory job skills that can help to note how there can be consistent real differences and achieving most of the people's lively hood. The job satisfaction and the attainment of the qualifications and training can help the complacent of adjusting within the nursing world. It is also important to fine-tune, oneself, and to have a consistent caring and resilient personality that can help to note the absolute necessity. Further, being a nurse I have also practiced the practicing codes, professional circumstances based on which there can be nursing, and to understand how one's role involves. It is important to relate with the thinking of the nurse as to how one can relate with the hospital wards and how to think with the relationship can be based on the daily nursing profession which can be diverse and multifaceted (Nursing and Midwifery Council, 2018).

It was also important when learning the graduate skills like the "manual handover", the role of the nurse during the patient care, "ISOBAR" and to learn other tools, that can help the nurses to comply with the quality and the nurse's role within the clinics, residential homes, education, schools and it would be working inline to the multiple division. The nursing role involves how to be caring, listening, nurturing, and even be one has to be good with the communication and teamwork along with handling the patience and compassion. The nursing role is to focus on the undergrad studies and now postgraduate courses in nursing and it is an important role in how to denote the nursing chances of getting a job in the first place. Further, the medical field and how to improve one own performance and suitability to the nursing profession can help to improve the strength to strength and to have a long outstanding stable career in the medical field (Oermann, 2017).

b. Importance of evidence-based care (Learning outcome 2)

The importance of evidence-based care is to identify how nursing can prove to be one of the nurses that can be doing scientific research and to make it also one of the well-founded decisions (Oermann, 2017). With the help of evidence-based practices, the nurse's role is to follow the fine new medical protocols concerning patient care. In line with the searching for documented interventions, it is also important to think and relate to how the profiles can be attributed to the patients, nurses would have the fair chances to the patients' chances for recovery. Evidence-based practices can also work for consistent diagnostic tests or treatments. It is important to check how the nurses can further include the patients with a suitable care plan. The evidence-based practices can include how to understand the patients that can have a consistent proactive role and can have valuable healthcare to note the values and preferences and how to proceed (Strouse, 2016).

The role of the nurses is to be resilient leaders who have to fine-tune and even align with the sustain concerning the energy level that can work consistently that can interrupt and would involve during the disruptive changes and further to adapt. It is also included with the setbacks, and it is important to accomplish and further to include how they can be commanding except as and when the self-management aspect is noted. The self-management has to be understood with the fine reflection over how to gain an insight with the nurses to note the knowledge and further to derive the insight.

It is important how to include how there can be self-management can include the “bend back” which can result in the attainment of the professional nursing which can be included with the others. Further, the self-reflection on the management and the resilience is all about the criticality of the activity. it is also important to bring in the transformational and can relate with the inner selves and how to bring in the truth. including the three methods, it is important to learn wisdom. to be noble; and how to be an imitation, and lastly be experienced. Self-management is important to determine how one can relate to nursing care and to understand the professional code of conduct with the utmost care (Masters, 2018). The perception and the value derived has to be part of the spirituality belief. It is also how nurses with the self-management, know the professional code of conduct and further be directed to the honest outward relationships and would be part of the spiritual acts. Following the reflection's meditative aspect, it is necessary to be part of the changing learning and how to improve one own skill with time and phase.

The self-reflection on to be personal effectiveness is as follows:

To transform learning

As a nurse, I have elevated how to be a critical reflection with the aspect of transformational learning and as an adult, it is necessary to attribute to the higher-order mental process. It is also necessary to think and relate with the 1) rational examination as the aspect of the assumptions, 2) Include the action-based aspect as to how and why am I doing wrong?, 3) To understand how to have the presuppositions concerning the problem, and 4) communication with oneself (Fong, 2016). It is essential to include the reflection as a way to the individuals and to how there can be included the individuals that can value the self-assessment and the independent journey that can help to keep the constant involvement and to do quick learning. It is also important how to have the constant result of the complex problems and how to have the issues and concepts. Such as if the nurses have the prime role to practice holistically and also have to be persistent with the diease and the related conflicts (Fagerström, 2017). The bodies and the related dynamic, multidimensional systems, and also how to best access the situation can be inline with personal values. The self-reflection role has to be maned with a much interesting role and how to actively involve the contradictions with the values and practice. The nurses with better and healthy relationships can help to develop a clear understanding and to have quick beliefs and free biases and values. This role has been consistent and can be objective to the perception of the clients and to include with the needs (Joel, 2017). Nurses also have a vital role to be clear and it is important to be self-reflective that can further also benefit through the practicing art and heart of nursing.
