Evidence-based practice is seen as an adapted key skill that is required for lifelong professional learning by the healthcare provider. There must be new designing of the approach to tackling the situation of nurse working conditions. However, the positive and proper support from the leaders, senior, and administrator will act as a promoting hand for research among the nurses.
