The nursing profession is considered to be a profession that is rooted in professional ethics and values that shape the nursing profession. The first method that will use to develop the professional identity will be the positive role model method that will help to understand the skill that is required in the nursing profession. The positive role model will help to develop different professional values that can be utilized to improve the working practice. The benefit of having a positive role model approach is that it helps to learn new skills from the experience individual that directly help to develop good professional skills. The positive role-modelling will help to improve as an individual by improving by the skill that will directly help to fulfil the commitment to learning. The article discussed how positive role modelling is an important aspect of the clinical setting and it helps the nurses to understand their role and what skill is required to provide the quality of care. The personal value of the individual directly influences the professional identity of the individual as it is shaped according to individual motivation. The personal value of the individual is formed by the individual cultural or social aspect which directly affects the professional identity of the individual. The different aspects of the personal value that directly affect the professional identity include the cognitive belief that includes developing skill by alternative and reflection consequences. The second aspect includes prizing that includes the belief that should be prized and cherished due to its positive impact. The last aspect includes acting that includes developing skill to confirmed other issues with developing consistently to improve working practice. The different individual components that affect the professional identity include human dignity, autonomy, and sympathy, accuracy in care, professional competency and trust (Al-Banna, 2017)
