My experience has taught me that I must be willing to collaborate and understand the urgency of situations. This kind of communication style that is reflective and interactive has helped me immensely as I can draw information from my team members whenever I get stuck. I can also receive or provide assistance because of experiential training and communication skills of the team member requires it. basically, the rapport helps in division of work and this can be extremely reliving for the registered nurses and help them perform better.
