Independent Learning Strategies

I am a proactive and result-oriented person. I engaged myself actively in various activities and am a self-motivated personality. Independent learning is the key to every success which is responsible for the process, method, philosophy, and education as well. Some of the advantages for encouraging independent learning include increased recognition skill, increased strength, weakness, and progress. There is a need for a high level of confidence, motivation, good management of learning, and improved performance. Active participation help in making learning goal clear and help student to demonstrate the ability of accessible towards learning and skill development. Self-discipline learner would help in proving their commitments towards goal achievement. These also help in assisting and committing towards the proper organization, management, and self-assessment of the individual. Learning strategies need to be well designed and properly maintained which helps to perform accurately and fluently. The high adoption of the ability to make decisions and direct behaviour so as to achieve the goals and objectives. Moreover, according to me, the self-determination is an important factor that helped to fulfil the special needs of learning with good self-esteem. The main approach is to assess the current strategy, clarify expectations, and demonstrate the strategy used to achieve independent learning skills and motifs.

Interpersonal and Communication Skills

I have strong interpersonal and communication skills are particularly written and oral skills. I am able to interact with others effectively and always indulge to work effectively independently and as a part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills are important for the students so as to interact with people, colleagues, and teachers. These skills are one of the vital components for success in the workplace. According to me, verbal communications provide the tailoring of speech towards the audience, help in interacting effectively and build rapport. Moreover, I am also equipped with the negotiation skill, which is an important aspect of communication skills that help in resolving conflicts and develop sound interaction with the other person and colleagues. According to me, communication and interpersonal skill play an important role in providing colleague satisfaction, successful interaction, and education success. Interpersonal skills and communications help me to exchange the ideas, knowledge, and information, and feelings about academic and non-academic subjects. Face-to-face expression, body language, gestures, and facial expressions help in measuring the effectiveness of transferring messages and information to others. Problem-solving skills, alignment with academic goals, personnel relationships, professional management, and student recognition are some of the factors that can be prompted and take care of through effective interpersonal and communication skills. 

Skills and Knowledge

Skills and knowledge required to be successful in tertiary study and also able to collect, analyze, and interpret information. Problem solving skills, computer skills, and other good skills are the most important aspects of learning and acquiring knowledge. It is important to learn skills and knowledge to work and learn. On the regular basis, the student should audit his/her skills to assess the wellness and acquired the learning. Problem-solving skills should be intuitively or systematically involve during any kind of work. These skills help in solving complex problems or problems which are not experienced. Problem-solving is a highly valuable skill that can be learned through practice and regular learning. Decision making is the art of choosing the correct and good option among the other. I am proactive and good at decision making skills with strong knowledge of problem solving skills. Usually I practice and follow the problem-solving skills including the common pattern, starting with problem definition, potential solutions, culminating selection choices, testing, checking and implementing the chosen course of action. According to me, the skills and knowledge are systematic and through the domain of learning provides the evidence to show how the problem can be solved and clarified. The skills also provide the opportunity towards the solution without the understanding of problem and without addressing the causes to be addressed. I have working knowledge of the computer skills like working with Microsoft excel, office, PowerPoint and others that would help in making the things easier and better.

Achievements and Experience

I am a quick learner with a can-do attitude. I have successfully completed the higher senior secondary from the biology sector. Reorganization of something to make it better and identify the problem to solve it is the regular practice. Always proactive, come up with new ideas to improve things and issues. Regularly receive positive compliment by the supervisor or the co-workers. Positive and forwarded awarded for the bra range of academic and professional level that may help in the growing the carrier upward. Achievements are the building block that helps in enabling a sense of success. The achievements are traditionally viewed as the markers for success and also participate in providing the value. Moreover, these also help in developing the ability to adjust to new situations, able to consider new, innovative, and good ideas. Positive attitude, knowledge and understanding of the current social and ethical issues faced by the society, community, and people is something that is well-versed by me and has helped me previously as well. Being a quick learner with good qualities of adjustment so as to adapt the new situations, new learning, and new exposure is something I look forward to. Successfully attain and completed the formal or non-formal studies and have also evidenced the steps taken to gain the study skills or improve the skill level. Moreover, having successfully completed the formal tertiary preparation program is extremely valuable for me to gain new insight, new learning, and new knowledge.
