Swot Analysis of Developed General Management Skills

Organizational Qualities

I have been extremely organized as an event planner. So it's a keen eye for information and sharp coordination to top my list of must-have attributes. As a planner, I keep my company schedules on track, budgets in order, and specifics going like a well-oiled machine — from the phases of the campaign to the review after the incident. I can recall even the smallest details, follow deadlines, Deliveries and installations on budget, and be on board for all – everything with a smile.

Efficiency in Networking

I am a professional networker on a personal basis. The events business is largely powered by individuals and is focused on partnerships. It also requires a broad network of numerous event personnel, such as caterers, photographers, DJs, artists, lighting and A / V, design, film, and beyond. I'll rely on this network to make the activities memorable to your clients. On the other side, you like the same reference to be working on our side as a whole (Gürel, & Tat, 2017).

Adaptability quotient and Resilience

If there is one thing about the world of events that is assured, it is certainly the possibility that things are going to go wrong. It's the truth of Murphy! And sometimes, you never know what it is going to be until the day. I have the flexibility and adaptability skills that normally come in handy here. This talent encapsulates the mentality of "going with the flow" which I would have to resolve at an event.I have a smooth, calm and composed personality in front of customers — and behind the scenes, and I have established the ability to think quickly on their feet to solve whatever curveball my way was tossed.

A comprehensive overview and basic Understanding of Events

My task as a planner is to be the catalyst that holds the team together to make a winning case. That doesn't mean I'm the right person to manage any piece of the case, though. Yet I should have the best idea of what's going on.For instance, an event manager will be told how to design a floor plan, what an RFP is, how long it should take to have dinner service, how many guests will fit in a venue and also how to deal with catering staff. In fact, entertainment professionals will be acquainted with the specific needs of bands and DJs, A / V firms, rents, florists, and decor. You will have to consider what constitutes a fair (and unjustified) order. Learning these fundamentals will allow you to develop closer ties with your vendors and allow you create fantastic event interactions for those concerned (Carey et al., 2017).

Widely Arrayed Creative acumen

Customers should look for cutting-edge ideas from me. I'm just able to share brilliant, imaginative thoughts. Although any client may not be willing to explore the waters of event planning, they will look to me as a consultant on concept aspects in which they are confident.

Increase Dedication to Client servicing

As a fact of the matter for me to have one of the most important abilities is just to make something happen. Phrases that I hear a lot are, "Not a concern," "Let me see what I can do," "Absolutely," and "My pleasure." These are some of the core phrases in customer service that can address just about every query a consumer may have and comfort every anxiety.
