Assignment 

1. Information technologies are built to improve business communication by resolving questions but are the cause of problem as it helps with work in the environment whereas social media can be distracting and can delay work. IT organizes work but adequate advance technology education in the department is important.

2. Strength: when company can understand the cost, effort, waste and profitability.
   Disadvantage: when it is not possible to gather information and break value to support activities.
   For instance, Starbucks created unique identity of selling expensive but quality food whereas pizza hut offers fast delivery of cheap and quality products.

3. Best way to create schedule is to identify how much time will be invested by referring to past projects with same scope, getting design approvals, cost, requirements and critically identifying and recording risks.
   Most common and successful project schedule is Gantt chart which can create milestone and detailed scheduling. 

4. Statistical sampling is a technique to inspect few items and extrapolate the results and us used in quality management plan. Six sigma is used to improve performance, profits, performance, and detects and improves defects and performance.  Six sigma programs is used to increase awareness in small businesses related to the profits and initiatives.  

5. Electronics are used to send information to a large group quickly. Face to face interaction develops helps in building trusts with the stakeholders. Written communication helps in building official documents. Oral communication is important for people who want to ask for doubts/questions rather reading the information. 

6. Some of the risks Major risks faced by manager are gas leak, and poisonous liquid. Methods used to control those risks are as follows: keep a check on the surrounding by identifying, analyzing, prioritizing, assessing, responding, and monitoring and evaluating the risk by following proper control strategies and planning.
