Quality Management Plan

Quality management plan refers to the documentation of the important information that is required to effectively manage project quality from the initial level to the final level. It comprises of project policies procedures in terms of quality and assurance that needs to be followed by the association. This study will focus on quality management plan of vehicle maintenance facility project this project is based on the construction of the commercial building at a small scale. The project is entirely based on the designing and maintenance of a commercial building with an enhancement in the infrastructure (Ahmed & Mohammed, 2018). The organisation promotes the enhance management and operations of the building facilities that comprise of different services and amenities. The goal of the organisation is to provide better facilities for commercial space with a structured operation. The quality management plan is important in the construction project because it ensures that all the working and the operations are done according to the plans with specification and permit requirements. The quality management system focuses on achieving the quality policy and quality of the test to fulfil the customer requirements. Quality management plan helps to make sure that the plan will gratify the requirements for which it is an undertaker.

Components of Plan

There are three processes of quality management and that is the quality planning, quality control and quality assurance. Quality planning is referred to as identifying, verifying and fulfilling the standards of quality which are relevant to complete the project and considering how its need to satisfy customer requirement (Azman, Ramli & Zawawi, 2018). Quality control is referred as the review analysis that monitors precise project reserves and deliverables to consider in the project in order to meet the quality standard and identifying the ways to mitigate risk or eliminate the cause of the unsatisfied result. While quality assurance is considered as the intermittent executive appraisal and assessment of the overall presentation to provide self-assurance that the plan will satisfy the pertinent quality standards.

Quality Planning

The goal of the organisation is to be the best designing and construction company in a commercial building with enhanced infrastructure. The quality planning that organisation decides is to provide better facilities for commercial space and structured operation and to manage hazardous waste accumulation for the effective facilities in the community. The quality planning that organisation is adopted by implementing the smart project goal that is to provide better building facilities and reduced cost-effective planning and organising the resources by 10%. Smart goals of the project are also comprised of committing and licensing the entire standard from the authority (Keshk, Maarouf & Annany, 2018). The organisation will lead this project by making the leader who is experienced in this project creation and also in terms of applying innovative approaches.

Quality Control

It helps to complete the project requirements and organisation focus on the requirement of the clients and work according to it. Firstly the organisation will begin work by cleaning and scrubbing in the site including the installation of a storm dream that will give a finished and good quality of work. Install all the new application in the project that has new technology construction management. The organisation will check that the project will complete a definite amount of time that is within ten months and with high quality of work. The organisation will make a team that will overview all the operation of the project and ensure that there will be no delay in completion of the project. However, the organisation will also manage the general repair inspection and replacement in the arrangement within a given range of time. Apart from this organisation will also manage hazardous waste accumulation for the effective facility in the community. However, the organisation wills also an interaction with the clients and show them the proper work on time so that the recommendations will be implemented better work will be offered. Rules and regulations will be followed by the project leaders and the permits and the regulations will be checked the time by time so that no complications will have occurred.

Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance is a very important part in the construction work because entire work depends on the quality and if anything does not match the standard then it will lead to serious problems in future (Bae & Lee, 2018). For quality Assurance organisation will check that all the operations will be conducted under the expertise and the experience employees will be preferred in major work areas. However, the workforce will be increased as per the requirement of the work. The organisation will complete the project within ten months and maintain appropriate permits and born for product management operations.
