The three drawbacks of poor communication are
Stress in the workplace high stress in the workplace indicates communication problems. Poor communication creates a feeling that every task is urgent which enables a person to work hurry, feel tensed and overworked (Ayers 2015). It can also result in conflicts and make the situation worse.
Unmet needs and expectations Poor communication results in missing the deadlines of the task, team members are not able to understand their role and responsibilities which reduce the efficiency of the task.
Dissatisfied clients Poor communication also results in having dissatisfied clients. When the team members miss the deadline of the task, the leaders seem to be stressed so do the customers.
Three methods of communicating the mission, vision and values are
Value employee engagement Put efforts to collect the opinions of all the stakeholders in order to drive the mission, visions and values of the organisation forward.
It is necessary to align the mission, vision and values of the organisation with the people who work to achieve these values. It can be done by providing feedback to the employees so that they can focus on their performance. Without having proper feedback, the employees get busy in their daily task and lose sight of the goals (Lepmets et al. 2012). The other method is doing a proper allocation. It helps the employees in understanding the roles and responsibilities and should complete their work on time. It is essential to assign the right task to the right people on the basis of their capabilities and skills.
The points to consider while communicating the goals and objectives are
1. Never rely on written communication alone.
2. The message should be clear and relevant to the goals and objectives
3. Always follow two-ways communication.
Every organisation should have appropriate procedures and guidelines for solving the incidents. The information which is needed to investigate promptly are the accuracy of the given information, avoids the social media exposures, collect information from the witnesses by interviewing them (Bassanino et al. 2014). The incidents should be taken seriously and align it with the policy of the organisation. Notes should be maintained while interviewing the witness.
Build trust It is necessary to build trust with the individuals and team members. When they trust you, they will follow the information that has been provided to them.

Focus on actions rather than arguments It is necessary to influence the team members with actions rather than just words or speeches. Actions influence the individuals and team members automatically (Bassanino et al. 2014). Working hard and getting good results consistently helps in leading the team with examples.
Look at the big picture It is important and necessary to take out time from the busy schedule and think about the opportunities and innovations that are helpful in achieving the goals of the organisation.
Prioritize the important stuff Always make a list of important tasks and keep them on top priorities (Bradley et al. 2013). Allocate the work accordingly and complete the task within the deadline. It helps in aligning the team members and creates a strong sense of confidence.
Build on the strengths On the basis of personal strengths, managers can take the projects and showcase their potential talent. It will help in differentiating from the others and help in creating an effective team.
Communicate effectively It is necessary to keep the team members updated all the time. The right message can be shared with the right people at the right time. Be available for the team in order to provide support and clear their doubts and queries.
Acknowledge and reward Never take credit of success all alone. Acknowledge the efforts of the team members and provide full support in fulfilling their task. After completing the task, successfully, reward them with a compliment or awards.
Personal responsibility It refers to the commitment level a person in making in achieving the goals of the organisation. Admitting the mistakes and learning from them. Follow on the projects and task through-on.

Business ethics refers to the policies and practices which help the business work smoothly by taking care of controversial issues such as discrimination, bribery, corporate governance and fiduciary (Lepmets et al. 2012). It can be applied by the managers in the leadership by building trust, focusing on system and structure, by doing the right things according to the ethical principles.
By using different media and languages with a diverse group of people help in building a strong relationship and improves the level of understanding the shared information. It enables the diverse group to perform their tasks and responsibilities effectively by using their preferred language and media.
The purpose of a risk management plan is to identify the upcoming threats and risk that will impact the outcomes of the task. Risk management plan enables the team members to reduce the impact of risk by formulating appropriate strategies according to the identified risks. It helps in taking effective decisions to respond to the risks in an effective way (Eastman 2018). It helps in managing the high priority risk so that they can be managed cost-effectively.
