Ethical Value and Principle: Research integrity and merit
Researchers are bound by certain ethical consideration. As per the statement of Khodyakov et al. (2016), it helps the researchers along with the participants to behave in a particular way. Investigation of the ethical aspects of the research helps in indicating the values of ethics that are being followed within the research. The investigation highly represented the value of research integrity and merit within the research. As per the ethics followed within the research, the participants need to be honest with their answers alongside state the right information to the researchers. Misguiding the researchers and providing wrong information leads to severe ethical consequences. In the mentions of Johnson et al. (2020), ethical value leading to research integrity and merit leads to the aspects of honest behavior in the research. Both the parties that the researchers and the participants need to be honest regarding the research aspects. In addition to this, research also holds a strong moral value that can be effective in implementing decorum within the research that further helps in the proper execution of the research. Ethical Value and Principle: Justice
The ethical principle of justice tends to provide equal treatment in all sectors. As per the observation of Kim and Loewenstein (2020), justice also relates to moral rightness along with the aspects of equitableness, and righteousness. It can also be effective in providing the right treatment to every individual in a sector that can be effective in claiming justice to their terms. Workers within an organisation are often discriminated and are not provided with equal treatment with respect to the operations executed by them. Often workers are discriminated on the basis of race, culture and others. This results in injustice to the workers working within the specific domain. It also does not relate to the ethical principle of justice. Moreover, the value that is being gained from the situation also does not imply justice to the working people. However, as per the opinion of Vidgen, Hindle and Randolph (2020), workers within an organisation must be treated fairly and equally despite all the circumstances. This also relates to the ethical principle of justice. In the case of an organisation fails to treat its workers fairly and equally, then the organisation is not adhering to the principle of justice.
Ethical Value and Principle: Beneficence
Beneficence involves adhering to the investigation principles and promoting the interests of the member of the examination. As illustrated by Casado (2017), this principle relates to the aspects of doing well. As per the ethics that is being followed by the researchers within research, it involves promoting the welfare of the participants. Actions of the researchers that indicate harm to the participants can be termed as ethical negligence. For instance, the research contains a consent form that implies taking consent of the participants before publishing it as the research outcome. Publishing as per the consent provided by the customers reflects proper beneficence within the research. On the other hand, as stated by Simat et al. (2019), publishing the response provided by the participants based on the consent of the participants tends to maintain the beneficence of the research. Therefore, this study transmit to the ethical standard of beneficence within the field of ethics as doing as per the consent of the participants tends to do good to the research participants.
Ethical Value and Principle: Respect
Organizations within the business domain seem to be having different attitudes based on different cultural people. As per the opinion of Melby et al. (2016), people having different culture often seems to be discriminated within the business environment, they are not been provided with the proper rights and fair treatment within the workplace. It often relates to the de-motivation of the workers within the domain further depicting an improper workplace environment. The principle of ethics in terms of respect depicts proper treatment and proper respect to all the workers within the workplace. Discrimination of the different cultured people is the result of low or no respect for the workers with different cultured background. Therefore, as per the stated ethical policy, the employees within an organization are bound to respect the different cultural people. It will also be effective in implementing fair treatment that will be effective in motivating the employees within the workplace. Hence, the mentioned study perfectly relates to the ethical value of justice.
