Skills are other criteria that are evaluated through analyzing the new coping responses that the individual demonstrates, their actions and behaviors towards the challenges they face in their day to day lives (Raymond et al., 2018). These skills help in self –regulation which is highly important for achieving the desired mental health outcomes. Thinking process people hold about themselves are also changes during the intervention process which can be evaluated through examining the mindsets of the individuals.
