Introduction to Compugen

“Compugen” is a private enterprise started by Harry Zarek in 1981. The companyprovides IT services through resources and strategic planning... The enterprise is located in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada.The company currently has 1400 employees and has activesocial media pages on Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. The company conducts community projects and also competitions on their social media pages (Compugen.com, 2020).

 The social media program of the companycan be improved by collaborating with influencers who can promote the content in their respective pages. The Pinterest page of “compugen.com” needs to improve by posting more popular content and showing relevancy to the events of the company. The company can also use more hashtags for improving the viewability so that the posts arrivefrequently in the timelines of the followers and gain more likes and comments than usual (Jones, Borgman &Ulusoy, 2015). It is also crucial that the company use an effective mediastrategy for receivingmore likes by postingcontent that is relevant in the current times. “TeraMach Technologies,” is a competitor as it is also a private company that is run by a team of technologists and experts. The company has a better social media presence as it uses influencers and more effective posts regularly. The company has a team for keeping up with the social media content. “Compugen” must also follow such steps.

Social media presence is effective for a company for gaining recognitionand popularity. A frequent and good presence of the social media pages ensures that the company reaches out to a wide audience and improves the content by listening to approvals.
