Blog 1: Remediation

Definition of Remediation

Remediation is the process of taking action for reversing and blocking damage to something. The term is widely used in the educational sector. One can also use the term referring to the stopping of environmental damage. However, it is not easy to decide remediation for any particular course unless adequate knowledge about that course is gained. It is because, the knowledge appropriate to that course help to understand the actual need of the actions that are required to be taken. On the other hand, there may be some risks associated with the remedial actions which might lead to failure against achieving the desired outcome of that action. Therefore, taking actions against the any aspect may become risky without gaining adequate knowledge about the same. The outcomes can be measured through the improvement in the relevant areas of that particular issue to be addressed by remedial actions.

Blog 2: Journalists Codes of Ethics

Concern about the codes of ethics of the bloggers have been increased in recent years and several questions regarding the same are making the influencers think about their position where they are followed by their fans and how their business codes can be made ethical.

Several codes of ethics and legal provisions are attached with the role of journalists in Australian context. However, as the impact of unethical blogging may not have that negative as much as a wrongful journalism may have, bloggers may become reluctant about the same. However, the code of ethics for these two professions will be same as both are exercising free speech and have the capacity to influence the mass. Blogs consisting of major advertisements are truly required to be made age appropriate and time appropriate as well (Ryan & Ryan, 2016). The contemporary popular culture may include #share and the use of @ on social media at the time of sharing any posts or point of view.

Comment’s against Hunter Frank’s blog

It is evident that the older mediums has innovated the processes of keeping and sharing personal information with others. However, these technologies cannot carry the true essence of some of the aspects such as diary. Use of several additional features may help the posts of Instagram to become attractive to the viewers; it may not provide the certain delight of socializing.
