2) Standard 3.7 of the nursing plays an important role in promoting the performance of the concerned nurse and also in the integration of the professional ethics and the training that is needed for the execution of the duty in an effective manner that it also educates the nurses and the other medical staff on the aspects of the medical matters and that helps in making many crucial decisions regarding the health-related aspects. As per my view is concerned the concerned nursing standard plays an important role in critical thinking and analysis of the issues that are pertaining to the situations that they might counter in the near future while performing their duties. According to me, this concerned standardplays an important role in imbibing the ethical values among the nurses, and that in turn plays an important role in performing their respective duties and that in turn satisfies the needs of the patients and the concerned patient party. In addition to this I also feel that there are certain norms which this 2.5 Standard has made strong and they are as follows: the compilation of the legislative aspects, policies and the guidelines that needs to be followed in order to make the nurses efficient enough to serve the patients in an effective way (Senmar, 2019).

Other than this it is also an evident fact to state that it also helps in determining the signs and the symptoms of the concerned patient and that as per my view is concerned helps to detect the disease and that in turn helps in recovering the disease in an effective manner. The guidelines that needs to be followed in order to make the nurses efficient enough to serve the patients in an effective way (Adams, 2019).

The Standard 5.2 primarily deals with the collaborative nature of the concerned nurses and the way it is helping the nurses to perform their duties in an effective manner.
