Introduction to Impact of Covid 19 at La Trobe University

In the previous two research work, we have elaborated on the impact of COVID 19 at La Trobe University. Not only students but university authority are also suffering from economical and management crises. The survey conducted between students and other researchers has helped to understand the impact of the COVID pandemic on students and school faculty. In this report, we will discuss the research findings and overarching goal. Apart from these SMART objectives of the target audience will help to deliver communication goals and tactics. In short, there is some positive and some negative impact on universities and students that needs close attention to understand the fact. 

Statement of The Problem

Social media campaigns and increased internet security are required to launch course material and assessments so that students could easily access it through the university portal. Although there are lots of consequence in getting connected to the portal because lots of prerequisites is necessary to accomplish the business goals. 

Brief Description of Research + Main Findings

Being a top-rated university, the primary goal of La Trobe University is to provide quality education to all. But the COVID19 pandemic has made a huge impact on regular and physical education. It is the third-best university that’s why it requires, huge attention of every individual not only tutor but also a student. Regular education and communal growth is the primary requirement of users because there is a need for setting base where more number of users can be connected through the network without any communication loss. Universities have already launched their 5-year strategic plan so that the students who are studying in university do not suffer much loss because they are already paying their tuition fees to the college (LIN & JI, 2018). Apart from this, there is a huge disturbance in even course management of college because they are getting less income than in normal days, and that challenge the smooth operation of college and universities. 

Overarching Goal

Local students are getting the perk of reduced tuition fees for online classes, whereas students studying globally have to pay the same tuition fee. This rule has made a huge impact on the student’s authority and student counseling. 

Students are the most important stakeholder of this strategic plan because they have to accept many changes at a time to continue the education process. Whereas the primary focus of the government is to get mass and quality education. Community members are formed from the group of non-government people, Who are working actively to get a complete set of rules and regulations update for the smooth operation of university in online networks and through social media sites(Kniffin, 2017)?

Timelines for Implementation

The five-year strategic approach is ready to launch so that the loss from education could be minimized. There is a plan to provide an outstanding experience to every student so that, they do not suffer much loss in educational growth. 

Evaluation Plan for Goal, Objective, and Tactics

There is a need for talented and well-trained faculty members to accomplish this plan because regular education is the need of every person. There is a need for improved instruction and increased educational opportunities to execute this project plan and that’s why an effective framework is required for holding valuable academic guidelines for everyone. There is a need to strategically plan for online education and that’s why task force and workgroup should work along with the business goals. There is a need to accept the use of standard network and local server for the deployment of online services. The plan is to create an increased and relevant communication strategy where students can take up the course, they can ask for the doubt while enrolling any course or they can attract business that has a high skill requirement. There is a need to unite attractive talents for the users so that credentials and effective plans will help in healthy and regular education(Kalms, 2019). 

There are mainly four tools that are used to access online courses and ensure online education which supports continuously the online learning approach. In the coming years, people will use the same resources to access the course. Though there are some minimal requirements that should be matched to meet the educational requirements of the users. The peer-review journal is the minimal requirement of the research process which is needed to accomplish the education process. Faculties are exempted to only match for their personal need, instead of that they have guided that there should be the use of innovative ideas to deliver lessons to the students(Jan, 2018).

Online learning will be so bored and less useful when there is the use of only the same schedule and learning materials.There should be the use of online assessment and learning with the previous strategy so that only educational guidelines are delivered. There is a need to design internal excellence to design the business process. But self-learning and self-evaluation are also necessary for a smooth education system. There is a need to use a standard of online teaching at La Trobe university so that a standard protocol is followed throughout the academic year. There is the use of the bulk of study, material uploaded online along with candidate details, and faculty details. There is a need to preserve everything by implementing necessary security guidelines. But in the initial stage of the learning process that there is a need to use activity and implementation planning so that every phase of work could be implemented with a successful outcome("2025 Strategic Plan for Online Education - State University System of Florida", 2020). 

Limitation of Impact of Covid 19 at La Trobe University

Not every student has adequate resources to access the course material online that’s why they could not be connected from the online network. There is a need to look upon gathering specifications where a survey will be taken that will every student be able to take up this course. If not there is a need to carry the additional expenditure to take care of those students individually who have limited resources and learning capacity.

Conclusion on Impact of Covid 19 at La Trobe University

In this report, we have studied the current status of La Trobe University and its challenges due to the presence f the COVID19 outbreak. There is a need to use security protocol so that this 5 years strategic plan should remain free from any type of security attack.
