The conference is held every year and invites delegates from all across the globe. Young scientists, researchers, and fellow participants visit the conference to showcase their research paper or article overall aura was very academically vibrant and dynamic. The surrounding had science models and experimental projects that were on exhibition and the other guests could take a tour and appreciate the efforts and intelligence of the young fellow participants. There was no music as the entire event was a conference and the major issues of science and development were discussed to make the world a better place.

Every conference occurred as per the subject and issue. There were approximately ten different conference rooms for conducting individual speech as per the topic or the environmental issue. Due to the rising global warming and climatic change, most of the researchers and professors focussed on the same issue with a different aspect. This brought out various angles to one issue with extensive learning. Although, there was no link between the entry age criteria of the conference and the topics discussed. There were mid-school kids also present at the event and PhD professors. And all of them were sitting for the same conference. This was the major and most important issue faced by the audience. The professors also didn’t feel comfortable with the kids and nor did the kids could understand anything.

The event had many appreciable things as well as a few things that could be improvised and improved. By analysing the entire event, the conclusion could be that the structural analysis prior to the conference was not done properly. This made the conference look a bit unorganised and unsettled. The structural and functional base of the event must be improved.

1. the basis on which the conference halls were occupied should have been better. As there were similar topics shared with three to four academic researchers so those could have merged resulting in vacant rooms and the other guests could have taken over earlier.
2. by rearranging the room allocation, the guests and delegates would save a lot of time and energy. This could also bring out wholesome knowledge to the audience and fellow participants.
3. the arrangements should have been made as per the age criteria so that apt knowledge is distributed to the correct age. This would bring better understanding and more successful event. The room allocation could have been done on the basis of the topic or their research title and issue. This way, the event would have not been a clumsy and unorganised conference.

For tea break, the professors could have a round and judge the models and scientific experiments carried out by the young minds for motivating them so that every age group is benefitted accordingly. In such a way, the event could have been a better and more successful occasion.
