The center's beliefs and values are in alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework (2009). They believe that every child deserves an education and learning in a safe, warm environment which can facilitate their growth and teach them appropriate life skills to excel in life and become healthy individuals and lead a high-quality life.
The center provides children with a high quality of education and care: plays are set up and are incorporated to teach children in a fun and friendly way. They incorporate intentional teaching strategies into their curriculum. from the series of videos, it is evident that the center emphasis to teach children to instill in them qualities of care, patience, teamwork, building habits of routine, helping each other, problem-solving thinking, decision making. They are leaning fairness and being just through play in external and indoor environments. They are being thought to recognize dangerous situations and what they should do in such situations. Putting their safety first to make them feel secure and love. The philosophy believes in nurturing a child's uniqueness and give them a sense of freedom to interact. through plays, children learn to explore their environment, which is a set up built to provide children with safety and they are encouraged to interact with various elements of their environment. Children learn to interact with each other with respect and friendliness. They work as a team to realize the importance of each member. Children learn to accept and welcome diversity through their interaction and plays together
Most plays and environment in which the children engage in are nature-based and eco-sustainable: the center supports eco friendly approached to teaching and provide children with opportunities to have positive interaction with nature. The center stands in support of children's rights. Different approaches are being applied to teach children with continuous improvement to employ the best and most effective learning techniques. Values in the continuous development of curriculum for children, which is most benefiting and up to date. The center puts value in building positive relationships with children's families to professional communities to make their practices such that the children are benefitted to the fullest with their approaches.
From the provided videos it was quite evident that the center focuses on providing a rich environment for the development of children. The following were the characteristics and features of the environment pointed out through the videos. Various learning activities were set up so that the children interact with their environment to learn: through such interaction they learn various skills such as building ideas, coming up with solutions on their own, learning about safety, group work helps them become more friendly, build friendships with each other kids. The environment was spacious where the child can learn and play with other kids. The classroom was decorated with colorful posters to which makes it looks aesthetically pleasing and attract children's attention and stimulate learning. Children were seen exploring and engaging themselves into the activities set up sir them they were interacting with their environment through various elements like building blocks a make-belief fence from a cardboard etc are some of the examples.
It shows that children were actively engaged in learning as they feel safe and protected in the center's environment. According to ACECQA Children only start to explore and seeks to learn a new thing when they feel secure and when they can trust the adults around them. An outdoor learning environment was set up for the children: the children were seen to be connecting with nature and exploring natural surroundings. There are different spaces in the environment where learning in children can take place: such as an area for games, plays, blocks, art, and craft. Through these activities help children learn in a fun way, where they feel safe as well. Educator's key role is in planning and guiding children in their learning process. A warm, friendly health relationship was established between children and their educators which was evident through the videos.
According to Quality Area 3 of National Quality Standards: Physical environment. A high-quality physical environment is the one that is safe, appropriate, and consists of a variety of stimulating experiences which assist early age learning in children.
According to ACECQA and environments for children is positive and capable of producing positive learning outcomes in children when it is a safe environment, consisting of caring and warm friendly nurturing, and loving relationships. Children cannot learn to their fullest if they do not feel safe in their environment. Children only start to explore their emotions and seek to learn a new thing when they feel secure and when they can trust the adults around them. There is a need for a positive established relationship between the child and their immediate caregiver. their relationship needs to be consistent and the educator/ caregiver should be responsive and listening to the child the center fulfills these qualities as it checks all the boxes of the elements required to build a safe and warm physical environment for the children to assist in their high-quality learning outcomes.
The following elements are what make the center physical environment high quality
The analytical approach aims to teach children with special needs. They require a unique approach to help them assist in their process of learning. Children with special needs can learn every skill that a regular child can however they need more support and attention with assistance throughout their learning phase. The behavioral analytical approach is different from traditional education approaches. All such children require is a dedicated professional and some patience and care (Huffpost, 2016).
It is well recognized that leadership plays a vital role in the successful working of early childhood education and care settings. Committed and highly skilled leads help to mold the learning process and education practices to benefit children's learning process. According to research effective leadership stands second in the list of influences to teach after teaching. a patient leader Is linked to ways in which students learning outcomes can be improved (Leithwood et al., 2006, Mitgang, 2012).
The following are the expected leadership practices that can positively influence early age learning.
Quality Area 6 under the national quality framework relates to Collaborative partnerships of families and communities in a child's learning. Quality Area 6: aims to recognize the importance of engagement of family and community members in the learning process of their children to generate positive outcomes (ACECQA, 2017).

According to ChildAustralia educators facilitate children's learning by subjecting them to a planed environment which is reached in routines and play-based experiences linked to learning and developing a child's uniqueness and development; using developmental theory, educators observe children trying to make sense of the world around them, forming judgments and seek new knowledge with enthusiasm and anticipation.
During my placement, my planning will be based on developmental theory. I will design different learning activities such as plays: high-level learning on the subject of the play e.g. safety, helping, respecting others, etc games, group activities, displays, etc. The activities will be planned in such a way children get ample opportunities to interact with their environments.
I will discuss with my mentor about an effective pedagogy strategy to facilitate children's learning. An understanding of the importance of leadership and pedagogy practices for high-quality children's learning is crucial especially for early childhood care and education settings. An effective pedagogy will produce learning for children which is rich in values essential for the positive growth of a child. A child learns through his/her's environment. Their development depends on the circumstances they are in hence intentionally subjecting children to an environment by educators, which is designed to contain various elements such as games, plays, stories, and other activities with a goal that helps them develop as they learn. Exploring, playing, and working in teams together, helping each other facilitates early developments in physical, emotional, cognitive, and social aspects. They will learn to respect each other, help, be fair to one another, etc (Douglass, 2019). Collaborating with a mentor to develop a curriculum to facilitates high-quality early age learning.
After implementation:
The children responded quite well to the curriculum designed for them. They were curious to learn and seek new knowledge. They participate in plays, in team activities; they were very engaged in arts and drawing.
