There are complains of lack of advocacy from leaders who are more concentrated on measuring performances and costs instead of care. The approach of servant leadership in nursing can help solve the problem by describing and emphasizing on the importance of every individual in the organization and help out in staff dissatisfaction, disengagement, turnover and their burnout as well.
