 In current era multinational corporations have been established in developing countries. Multinational corporations have been established because of the development of the world. As we can say that MNCs like Toyota as well as Nike, Apple, Coca-Cola, Microsoft and Nestle have investments as well as established their headquarters in developing countries. Investment in developing countries head to advantage like profit as well as disadvantage for multinational companies. (Islam, 2018)

Advantage:

In case of developing country inflow capital is backbone to increase the growth of the specific country. multinational companies provide platform for that countries to increase their growth as well as GDP.
• Current account deficit can also be improved with the help of foreign investment which was done by multinational companies.
• Skills of the local workforce also improve by MNCs. MNCs may help to improve economic infrastructure for the developing countries.
• After the arrival of investment by MNCs, relying on limited primary resources like agriculture may minimize.(and, 2012)

Limitations:

• As we talk about limitations, multinational companies can not get as like profit they seem to be get because of the economical crises in the developing countries.
• The main limitation for multinational companies is skills labor for new starting projects. They have to higher new labor from other economical stable countries which may cause to trouble.
• Raw materials are basic need to continue the established project. Raw materials like rubber as well as plastic, iron, oil, gold and diamond have to import from other countries. Most of the famous multinational companies are seeking out these types of raw materials which are basic need to continue their establishing projects.(Ojha, Abhoy Ojha)
