How does someone get employment or partner with the organization? what is the process?

You can get employed with the company after sending an application on their email and waiting for the HR to call (TravelOnly.com). There would be 2-3 rounds of the interview before taking you on the final board. The process for all three companies is the same.

What type of agency structure in the organization? why did you decide this?

Ensemble travel group, flight centre, and Travel only are known to follow the hierarchical organizational structure. I was able to decide this because the organization had divided the functions into three management levels which are ultimately controlled by the upper layer.
