Candidate Recommendation

The candidate which is perfectly fitted with the organisation working is Nancy Drew. She has spent almost 20 years working for the organisation as a vice president of new product and designing. Experience and knowledge are very much important for the organisation to step up in the energy by industry(Alonderiene&Majauskaite, 2016). There are several skills that she acquired but the communication skills she had is commendable because that helps an organisation to accomplish the undefined goals of the organisation. As she is working for a very long time and oversees a team of workers which make decisions about the product to pursue and content marketing for each product. She knows how to communicate and guide the team members to not only motivate them but also helps them to acquire different skills that are useful for an organisation working. Wonder products want to bring their working in energy by industry therefore the experience gained by Nancy in the previous industry will automatically help Wonder products to manage the working and launch innovative products. She also manages the working between the internal stakeholders as well as external stakeholders.

Apart from this, she also recommended that if the organisation can focus on maintaining sustainability and green initiatives in the product then it would be very beneficial for the organisation to expand its growth(Nguyen, Mia, Winata& Chong, 2017). Therefore, Nancy is one of the best candidates among all the three because of leadership style, management skills, leadership skills and the experience she had in the field of energy bars. Therefore the organisation needs to choose Nancy as the candidate for taking up all the responsibility of the new products that the organisation launch. She is one of the qualified candidates for the organisation in terms of making marketing at a high level and also to an established company in the field of energy bars.

Reason for Not Selecting Other Two Candidates

The other two candidates are not selected for the organisation because the experience level that both the candidates have is quietly less as compared to Nancy. Apart from this Nancy have the leadership style which not only involves the opinion of the team members but also the leaders and directors. She always sticks on the best practices even if it is not possible to implement it but through leadership skills, she managed to work with internal stakeholders as well as the outer stakeholders of the organisation. Dane is a bit emotional person when it comes to employees and the comfort that the organisation provide to the members. He always tries to put the employees as a priority and yes it is very important to keep employees as a priority but not on the cost of firm success and the development of the organisation. However, Nancy highly evaluates and put these things in front of the table without any compromisation for both.

Apart from this, the main reason for not appointing Joe for this role is that it is difficult for the organisation to select another candidate for the position and again the whole process will be conducted. He is perfectly fitted with the role that he is doing in the organisation(Li, Gupta, Loon & Casimir, 2016). Apart from this, both candidates are highly qualified but they don't have experience in the energy bar industry and Nancy had experience in working with energy by industry which is the key reason for not appointing the other candidates in the organisation. Joe and Dane are not appointed in the organisation because they highly prefer to take sides of employees rather than taking decisions which keep the organisation on the priority. Nancy is one of the most preferable choices as compared to Dane and Joe.
