I am (name) would like to apply for the job position in Eastern Health as my grad year program. Eastern Health is one of the great platforms for people from nursing backgrounds. Currently, I am a third-year student at Swinburne University and finishing my bachelor's at the end of the year. After that, I wish to join Eastern Health as my grad year program. During my education and clinical practices, I learned a lot of good things like a registered nurse, we should think of each and every situation in terms of actions with fact and deep knowledge. Moreover, the learning nursing techniques helped me to deal with patients calmly, trustworthy, and respectful without feeling social determination.

I have experience in the same field of nursing. I had worked as a registered nurse in one of the reputed healthcare centers. I had worked for one year in the intensive care unit and six months in the dialysis unit. I had also worked at Northern Hospital in an emergency ward. With close to 3 plus years of experience, I have effectively and efficiently managed both the patient and staff. I am organized, calm, and provide patient-centric care. Through my education and experience, I built a passion for providing quality care to the patient.

In one of my working experience, I was tasked to evaluate the medical condition of up to 30 patients daily, and directing and developing a rotational system to manage the care of the patient and effectively coordinate the workforce management. During this stage, my senior have recognized as a dedicated, ambitious, assertive, reliable, versatile, work without supervision.

Each hospital or healthcare organization uses a variety of different electronic medical record systems. It might be the possibility that I don’t know about it and need some training on it. Knowing a glimpse of it would provide an opportunity for me to research it and learn some new information. The medical records system helps to maintain the data accuracy and consistent flow of patient data among nurses and doctors. The question will also make me understand what updated technology platforms used by the organization and how they manage the health records of patients.

Q.2 what are the best things I can do to succeed in the unit.

This question will help me to know more about the organization in relation to health providing, managed care, patient satisfaction, and promotions. The question will also address the challenges faced by the nurse or doctors in terms of patient-centric approach, patient safety, or patient care. This question I asked because, I would like to know about the loopholes that make the organization back driven. With this, I suppose I can add my potential, understanding, experience to overcome the problem. The answer to the question will also provide me with an understanding of challenges that exist in organization and how I can implement the management opportunities and health care plan objectives to meet the organization's goal.
